Keep Moving is Key ~ Recommended Physical Activities

American College of Sports Medicine, SCSM recommends 30 to 60 minutes of exercise at least twice a week, with two to four sets of up to 12 repetitions at an intensity between 60 and 80 percent.

Physical activity should include training, such as cardio and strengthing exercises since these can improve blood pressure, balance, heart rate, and glycemic control.23 Aerobic, strengthening, performance, and resistance exercises are the most beneficial types of training.

At least 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise at least ten times a week can help reduce OA symptoms.
