Foccai Bread or Parmesan Bread Sticks

1 1/2 cups x warm Water
2 tbsp x white Sugar
1 tbsp x active dry Yeast
3 1/2 cups x white Flour
1/4 cup - melted Butter
Garlic powder, Italian Seasoning, Dried Parsley, Parmessan Cheese
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven to 170F - 325C
- Mix warm water, sugar and yeast together in the bowl of a stand mixer. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add Parmessan Cheese to Flour - mix in bowl
- Pour yeast mixture into electric mixture, and put flour mixture, 1 cup at a time in bowl - whisk/mix until a soft dough forms
- Place melted butter on flat cookie sheet pan - spread all over, so butter touches the edges of the pan.
- Put dough on cookie sheet pan, spread out flat so dough reaches edges of pan
- Top the dough with a bit more melted butter and the parmesan cheese mixture.
- Place in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into Foccia Bread pieces, or small breadsticks. Enjoy.
