No Bake Chocolate Coconut Energy Bars

kcalThese are super tasty and a NO-Bake item. Simply mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl well, spread out into a flat sheet pan, sprinkle coconut on top and cut into 1 inch pieces. Keep in fridge. Dip in white or brown melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate on the top. Enjoy.
Ingredients
2 cups x Oatmeal (uncooked)
2 tsb x Vanilla
2 tbsp x Candied peel (dried cut cherries)
3 tbsp x Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
2 tbsp x Cocoa powder
Sprinkle shredded Coconut
Melted white or brown Chocolate
Directions
- Measure all ingredients
- Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl well
- Spread mixture onto a flat cookie sheet pan, with a sprinkle of coconut on pan first
- Press the mixture hard into a rectangular square
- Sprinkle coconut on top. If you like melt chocolate and dip ends in or drizzle over top
- Cut in 1 inch squares - Keep in fridge & Enjoy
